Sophia is an experienced executive and non-executive director. A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, she holds executive foundational roles across two businesses, and non-executive positions in both for-profit and non-profit organisations relevant to her legal and business industries.

Sophia holds office with the benefit of her extensive legal and commercial experience, and a strong motivation for growth, innovation and impact on the organisations she serves.

  • Association of Litigation Funders of Australia | Non-Executive Director | AALF engages with government, legislators and policymakers to help shape the legal and regulatory framework of litigation funding in Australia.

  • Bamboozled Quizmasters | Founder & Director | Bamboozled is an entertainment provider operating across Perth and regional Western Australia, delivering 2,000+ events annually to the hospitality and private sectors.

  • Berry Sweet | Advisory Board Member | Berry Sweet is a family-owned horticultural business growing berries across multiple locations in Western Australia and supplying Australia’s major supermarkets.

Former Appointments

  • Sussex Street Community Legal Centre (2023-2025) | Deputy Chair | SSCLC is an independent non-profit community service with 300+ staff and volunteers providing legal services, advocacy and wrap-around services to persons in need. Sophia retired as Deputy Chair upon the association’s merger with Palmerston Association in July 2025.
